Aug. 19/20: rest of residence hall oh my gods they have been amazing at this considering they've only known for about a week. my name comes out effortlessly, like it had never been changed [and a lot of these people are people I've known my entire time here. Even my res. faculty leader -he's like the "dad" of all- has switched. and it's just wonderful. they haven't even slipped in their pronouns. *amazed*

Aug. 26: bigltm. [i do not suspect good things from this.] yeah we all knew this was going to happen but it would've been nicer if it didn't.

Still, there's always potential for something to not go as expected. Fingers crossed though.

Asshole GSA presidents are awful. Good job making a safe space. (Not that I have any real experience with it; the president of my high-school GSA was my best friend, a trans guy, and in college I never bothered and now I'm dropping out. But still).

You never know - some of those other people might be under the same pressure from the same president to not show any signs that anything that might have ever been a gender stereotype is actually part of who they really are.
